Kensington Tours is expanding its Voyages by Kensington Tours product, which combines the luxury and relaxation of river and ocean cruises with the depth and authenticity of guided land experiences. The new itineraries focus on Central America and Asia. This expansion comes on the heels of a year with sales growth for the product up 100%. This surge in popularity underscores the trend of travelers seeking more meaningful private guided travel experiences.

In Central America, one option is a cruise to Colombia and Panama, navigating the waters of the Magdalena River, complemented by enriching land excursions. There is a comprehensive day spent in Panama, delving into the Canal’s construction, and experiencing Medellin’s culinary scene through a private food tour. Another tour heads through the Panama Canal to Peru, offering insights into Lima’s vibrant culture, the serene beauty of the Sacred Valley, and the awe-inspiring landscapes of Machu Picchu.

Additionally, a journey aboard a premium yacht cruise liner through the Panama Canal to Costa Rica is designed to provide an extended pre-cruise opportunity to immerse in the local culinary traditions, the region’s rich biodiversity, and unique wildlife encounters.

In Asia, Voyages is expanding its offerings, each one extending the cruise journey with private guided land tours so travelers can delve into the local culture, history, and natural beauty of each destination. New itineraries include a journey from Singapore to Bangkok with Silversea; Vietnam and Thailand with Celebrity; and river cruises with AmaWaterways along the Mekong, with stops in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand and with Avalon cruises through Thailand and Vietnam.

“We are thrilled to broaden our Voyages offerings with the introduction of vibrant, new itineraries to Central America that afford an exceptional blend of land and river or ocean travel for a comprehensive exploration of these regions as well as new ways to explore Asia where demand is surging,” said Joelle Davis, VP of Cruise at Kensington Tours. “These trips reflect the interest and demand from clients who want to merge the ease of cruising with the depth of private-guided land tours.”
